Chris Sblendorio
-President and Managing Director-Chris Sblendorio’s interest in the fight world was influenced towards the end of his high school wrestling career before he attended Fordham University. As an all-state wrestler for Don Bosco Preparatory in Ramsey, New Jersey, a competitive spirit has always been a part of his life. As his high school athletic career came to an end, a new competitive outlet was found in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. A new passion was sparked as UFC was beginning to gain more popularity and the sport of MMA was beginning to gain notoriety across the United States. While studying international finance and marketing at Fordham University in New York, he continued training Jiu Jitsu at Renzo Gracie’s Academy in Manhattan. As a side job in college he began working with a few smaller promotions for Muay Thai Boxing and Amateur MMA in New York and New Jersey. After a few years of working in the financial industry and working for an export outfit, something was missing after being away from the world of MMA. Once the idea came together, Chris and partner Jimmy Page pooled the talent and resources needed to form the Urban Conflict Championship Fight Series. Chris curently trains his grappling and stand-up with Phil Ross, and wrestling game with Rusty Read of Tiger Schulmann's.

Jimmy Page
-Marketing Director and Webmaster-Jimmy Page is a Fordham University graduate who was introduced to the world of Marital Arts in early 2007 when he began promoting fights for a professional/amateur fight league in New York City specializing in Boxing and Muay Thai. With a degree in Marketing and Media Studies, Jimmy brings a unique approach to the online marketing and business management for Urban Conflict Championship. In an era where a professional MMA fighter's credentials will not be officially recognized unless they can be verified by an accredited martial arts web network, Jimmy works with UCC fighters to make sure they are promoting themselves both inside and outside of the cage. He is responsible for the entire development of www.uccfights.com and you can often find him promoting your team or gym via twitter and facebook. If you fight for Urban Conflict Championship it's your job to train, make weight and win your fight, but it's our job to make sure that your fight gets recognized. Jimmy currently trains BJJ at American Eagle Martial Arts Academy.

Phil Ross
-Fight Promoter and Matchmaker-Master Phil Ross has been involved in the Combat Arts for over 35 years. A member of the World Martial Arts Hall of Fame, Action Martial Arts Hall of Fame and Recipient of the Fighter of Year Award in 1996 continues his tradition of excellence in the Martial Arts with the UCC as the Match Maker and an integral part of the event promotion team. Master Ross ran the NJ State AAU Teakwondo Competitions as well as fight promotions for the IFFA and the International Champions Competitions in the ’90’s. His dedication to the combat sports is not limited to the Martial Arts. He is currently the Head Wrestling Coach at Mahwah High School. His teams have typically lead the league, county and state sections. In addition to the Combat Sports accomplishments, Master Ross has attained the High Level of Team Leader in the prestigious Kettlebell organization - The RKC. His S.A.V.E. Self Defense Fitness video series is Rated #1 and his Advanced Russian Kettlebell Workout was Rated as one of the Top 10 Kettlebell Videos on the market. He has trained with and/or been certified by such notables as MMA Legend - Frank Shamrock, UFC Fighter - Mike Massenzio, Master of Sports - Pavel Tsatsouline, Guro Dan Inosanto and Dr. Maung Gyi head of the American Bando Association to name a few. He also trains The US Navy SEALs, UFC Fighters, Martial Arts School Owners, Professional Fighters, FBI Agents, DEA Agents, Police Officers, US Marines, Professional Athletes, Celebrities as well many others. His dedication to the art of fighting, fighters and promotion of the sport are unmatched. His mindset, experience and incredible enthusiasm will enable him to achieve his goal to make the UCC The Premiere Fighting Event for established and up and coming professional MMA fighters.
